At the helm of this esteemed company is its visionary owner, William Porter, whose expertise and leadership have shaped the firm's incredible success.
Early Life and Education
Early Life and Education William grew up with a passion for understanding human potential and organizational dynamics. His ability to understand the culture complexities and demands of each corporate client has been critical to his success representing businesses in multiple industries, both across the United States and Internationally. Career Journey Early Career Before founding Porter Consulting Service Inc., William gained substantial experience in the corporate world, working in various roles that honed his skills in talent acquisition and management. His career path included working in Engineering & Sales with Rockwell Manufacturing, Hickman Williams and Hughes and Wilden corporations. Founding Porter Consulting Service Inc. Driven by a desire to make a significant impact on the executive recruitment landscape, William founded Porter Consulting Service Inc. With a clear vision and an innovative approach, he established the firm as a trusted partner for organizations seeking exceptional leadership talent. Leadership Style and Philosophy William is known for his dynamic leadership style, which combines strategic insight with a compassionate approach to client and candidate relationships. He believes in fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and collaboration within his firm, ensuring that every search is conducted with the utmost professionalism and dedication. Community Involvement Beyond his professional accomplishments, William is actively involved in community development and philanthropic endeavors. He is a long-time member of Rotary International, supporting initiatives that promote Service above Self dedicated to causes that build international relationships, improving lives and creating a better world to support peace efforts and help end diseases, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact both within and outside the business community. He has served on many non-profit boards, including Lisa’s House a safe house for domestic abused women. Currently, he is the Chair of the Board of Directors for The Sarasota Players, a 95-year-old community theatre in Sarasota and President of the River Place Community Homeowners Association in Bradenton, FL William is a visionary leader whose dedication, expertise, and ethical approach have solidified the firm's position as a leader in the executive search industry. Art Floro, JD
Senior Partner
With nearly 25 years of working for and now as a Partner at Porter Consulting Services, Art has placed over 500 candidates all over North America in professional business development / sales, account management, high level operations and executive-level management positions in such diverse industries as advertising communications, promotional products and branded apparel, integrated printing solutions, multi-channel marketing services, legal technology, integrated security solutions and, as our professional placement officer, in engineering, architecture, law and accounting.
Whatever the opportunity, Art will work hard to utilize his nearly 25 years of successful recruitment experience, leadership, sales, business acumen and education to help you find quality candidates for your hard-to-fill hiring needs. Prior to working for Porter Consulting Services, Art possessed 10 years of business-to-business sales and 15 years of overall sales management experience, during which time he successfully built sales organizations in cities within the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. His accomplishments include winning many top individual selling awards, several Manager-of-the Year awards, and finding, hiring and developing top-notch account executives who eventually won the highest sales honors for selling excellence in their particular assignments. Art has worked his way up the corporate ladder from an Account Executive to a Sales Manager to a Regional VP and developed industry experience in digital printing, document solutions, print management and consultative cost containment and print management programs. In addition to a BS degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of PA (where he earned 3 letters as a baseball player), Art obtained a Juris Doctor of Law Degree a few years later through the arduous evening program at Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh. Art and his wife, Beth, reside in Hempfield Township, PA.
Tina Ioannou
Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition Lead
Tina joined Porter Consulting Services in 2002. Over her 20 years with the firm, she has taken on various roles and is an essential part of the Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition team.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition Assistant, Tina brings a robust background in supporting recruitment processes and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. With a keen eye to identify top talent and a passion for optimizing recruitment workflows and office efficiencies she is committed to contributing to the success of Porter Consulting Services, Inc.

Before joining PCS, Tina worked at Federated Investors for 8 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Penn State University.

Tina and her husband, Jack, live in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. They participate in community volunteer activities, including work with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and their local Church outreach programs. She is working towards being certified to become a Birth Doula. Her joy is watching her son, Johnny, play college baseball.


Sybil Porter
Operations Manager
